Hi, I’m Nick Daza.
My passion for wrestling began in 4th grade and carried me through high school and college, where I was a four-year starter and Scholar All-American. Wrestling taught me discipline, grit, and the relentless pursuit of excellence, but it also tested me with injuries to my ankles, knees, shoulders, and back. After endless rehab sessions and setbacks, I realized there had to be a better way to heal, perform, and stay in the game. This sparked a mission to discover the most effective ways to strengthen the body, boost performance, and prevent injury. One year after a major knee ligament tear, I placed in my first senior-level tournament, proving that with the right mindset, plan, and support, anything is possible.
Over the years, I’ve worked with athletes at every level—from high school competitors to collegiate champions and professionals. My approach focuses on building strength, optimizing biomechanics, and fostering a resilient mindset to help clients achieve peak performance. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or striving to stay elite, my system goes beyond training—it’s about recovery, resilience, and evolving into the best version of yourself. If you’re ready to overcome challenges and unlock your full potential, I’m here to help you make it happen.
